About the Author
Dr. Russell Welch is a husband, father, teacher, best-selling author, blogger, and radical servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. With over 25 years in ministry, he carries a deep burden to see the Church restored to authentic Christlike discipleship, holy consecration, and the transforming power of the Gospel of the Kingdom.
He is the founder of Kingdom War College, co-founder of Remnant Warrior Ministries, and Senior Pastor of Highway to Heaven Church. In 2022, he was commissioned as an Apostolic Teacher by Glory of Zion International Ministries, further affirming his calling to equip believers in biblical truth, spiritual maturity, prayer, spiritual warfare, and life in the Holy Spirit.
Dr. Russell Welch’s life is marked by the testimony of redeeming grace. Though his early years were shaped by brokenness, instability, and deep personal struggle, the hand of God was already at work, preserving him for a greater purpose. Over time, the Lord began drawing him more deeply into ministry, study, and the work of discipleship. Yet the defining turning point of his life came in the early hours of March 29, 2016, when the Lord met him in a life-altering encounter that exposed the unseen grip of religion and shattered years of spiritual striving. In that holy moment, the love of God became more than a doctrine—it became a living reality that forever transformed his heart, message, and ministry.
Since that encounter, his ministry has been marked by a fresh passion to see others set free from dead religion and awakened to the beauty, power, and reality of life in Christ. He writes and teaches with apostolic urgency and prophetic conviction, calling the Church out of compromise, out of powerless tradition, and into the living reality of the Gospel of the Kingdom.

I Thank and Praise the LORD YESHUAH for having answered my prayers an placed a man like Russ in my life as a teacher and a friend and someone who leads by serving in humility and wisdom and revelation that ONLY the LORD could possibly pour out thru this servant of CHRIST! It’s a Blessing and an Honor to be his friend and co-laborer , running the race together with THE LORD has been AMAZING thus far and that’s only the Beginning says the LORD! WOW!
