There is a growing tendency in the American Church to chase what’s trending—adopting popular phrases, movements, and titles without first committing them to the Lord or seeking the counsel of the Holy Spirit. This spiritual bandwagoning can be subtle, but dangerous. A borrowed phrase without Heaven’s commissioning becomes an empty slogan.

Let’s take two words now circulating heavily within Church circles: “Kingdom” and “Remnant.” Both are deeply biblical. Both carry weighty spiritual implications. But when used apart from divine revelation and scriptural grounding, they lose their authority and risk becoming hollow marketing tools.

🛡️ Blending the Two: A Powerhouse of Purpose

When you blend the words into “Kingdom-Remnant”—now you’re standing on holy ground. But only if Scripture defines it. If we strip away the Word and elevate branding over spiritual fruit, we dilute the power—and worse, we position ourselves as counterfeit ambassadors.

Over the last two decades, I’ve searched the Scriptures, combed the pages from the early Church writings, and those from the past 500 years, with the Bible as a referance to their authenticty and prayed relentlessly to discern what Heaven’s original blueprint for the Kingdom truly is—and where the Remnant fits within that story. And beloved, I believe the Holy Spirit has and is continuely unveiling rich and vital truths to the Church that demand our attention.

🔥 The Measure of an Authentic Kingdom Assembly

Ask yourself: Is a ministry truly Kingdom if it is led exclusively by the intellect and charisma of men, with the Holy Spirit treated like a distant relative who’s only welcome on special occasions? According to the biblical witness, the answer is a sobering no. That structure is not Kingdom—it is a religious system outside the governance of Heaven. Holy Spirit is the Father’s seal of authenticity upon a people, a place, and a purpose.

📖 The Remnant: Not Just a Title, But a Calling

The Remnant isn’t simply a cool brand or a buzzword—it is a biblically defined company of laid-down lovers of God who have not bowed their knee to the idols of this age. But there is confusion—even deception—surrounding this identity.

A so-called “Remnant” that denies the gifts of the Spirit? That claims prophecy is obsolete or tongues demonic? That discounts apostolic authority and belittles deliverance? That refuses to equip the saints in warfare, discernment, healing, and territory-taking? That is not the Remnant of the Lord. That is a form of godliness, but denying its power.

📉 The Fracture of Fruitlessness

In cities like mine—Jacksonville Florida—you’ll find churches on every street corner, yet the atmosphere remains largely unchanged. Many churches are built on charisma, crowds, and social momentum. But the Kingdom is not measured by Sunday attendance—it’s measured by spiritual fruit. Jesus said we would know them not by how many gather, but by what kind of fruit they bear. And true Kingdom fruit cannot grow apart from the Vine—Jesus—which is witnessed by the active indwelling of Holy Spirit.

👑 Kingdom Requires Government

The Remnant lives under the governmental authority of Holy Spirit. That means the gifts are active. That means warfare is real. That means the Church is a training ground for righteousness—not a comfort zone of compromise.

And a true Kingdom gathering as wll as a true company of Remnant Warriors is governed first by Holy Spirit who has selceted an Apostolic council made up of, you guessed it, Apostles, Prophets, Evangelist (The Church needs to really discern how this gift operates as to its function, for it is for the growth and advancement of the kingdom, not to fill the seats of the man-made empires of relgion, and a fan base for the Celebrity preachers) and Apostolic teachers.

If these Heaven sent and ordained leaders are absent, you can pretty much discern that Holy Spirit is very limited in His government influenace and authority.

We must discern with clarity: Are we aligning ourselves with the House of Isaac—the promise birthed by the Spirit—or with the House of Ishmael—a religious counterfeit birthed by the flesh?

🛐 A Call to Reformation

It’s time for a new sound to rise—a cry from the altar. A roar from the Remnant. May the Church of this nation fall on its face in repentance and petition the Father to issue a decree of divine reformation. One encased in Revival Fire. One that strips off false garments and clothes the Bride in righteousness once again.

Let the true Kingdom Remnant rise—not by trend, but by truth. Not by popularity, but by power. And let it be known: the Holy Spirit is not optional. He is essential. And where He is Lord, there is the Kingdom.

For generations, religious institutions built by man have stood as towering structures—grand in appearance, massive in influence, and seemingly unshakable. Yet beneath the surface, many of these institutions have traded holiness for human strategies, exchanged divine encounters for market-driven growth, and embraced cultural relevance at the cost of biblical truth. But God’s answer has never been found in religious empires. His answer is found in His Holy Remnant.

The Religious Institution: Form Without Power

Religious institutions often function as well-oiled machines, designed to captivate the masses with polished sermons, well-organized programs, and marketing strategies that mirror the corporate world. The focus is often placed on numbers—church attendance, social influence, financial expansion—measuring success by worldly standards rather than spiritual depth.

Many of these institutions, though outwardly thriving, are inwardly compromised. They cling to seeker-sensitive models that dilute the truth of the gospel to make it more palatable to the modern culture. Messages become motivational rather than transformational, appealing rather than convicting. The presence of God, once sought in desperation, is now scheduled into services with precision, yet rarely truly encountered.

In the name of relevance, many have abandoned reverence. Truth is softened, repentance is overlooked, and holiness is dismissed as outdated. They operate on strategy instead of Spirit, elevating human wisdom over divine guidance. Growth is pursued not through revival, but through consultants and business models. And while these institutions expand in influence, they lack the power that was evident in the early Church—the kind of power that shakes foundations, heals the sick, and overturns the works of the enemy.

The Holy Remnant: Marked by God’s Presence

In stark contrast, the Holy Remnant is not defined by numbers, grandeur, or influence. They are hidden, set apart, refined by fire, and consumed by an unshakable devotion to Christ. They are not concerned with appearance but with presence—the presence of God that cannot be fabricated or manipulated but must be earnestly pursued.

Unlike the institution built by man, the remnant does not bow to cultural trends. They refuse to compromise truth for popularity, choosing instead to stand firm even when the world rejects them. They are governed by the Holy Spirit, not church boards or leadership strategies. Their gatherings are not orchestrated performances but sacred assemblies where the power of God moves freely.

The Holy Remnant understands the urgency of the hour. They are aware of the deception infiltrating the Church and the spiritual battle raging over nations. While many within institutionalized Christianity are distracted by programs and social status, the remnant is interceding, discerning, and advancing the Kingdom in ways unseen by the masses.

They carry the fire of revival—a fire that cannot be extinguished by opposition, persecution, or rejection. Like the early Church, they gather in small groups, in secret places, wherever the Spirit leads. They may not have the platforms of religious leaders, but they have the favor of God. And it is through them that true transformation is coming.

God’s Answer Is Found in His Remnant

At this critical hour, God is not looking for institutions; He is looking for surrendered hearts. The answer to the crisis facing the Church and the world is not found in larger congregations or refined religious systems—it is found in the humble, devoted, Spirit-led believers who carry the mantle of the remnant.

God has always used a remnant to shift history. When Israel turned away from Him, He preserved a remnant. When wickedness ruled, He raised up prophets. When the religious leaders rejected Christ, He birthed the early Church through a small group of radical followers. And today, in the shadows of religious empires, He is once again raising up His remnant.

The remnant is His answer. They walk in kingdom authority, speak with prophetic clarity, and live in unwavering faith. They are not concerned with trends or titles but with the advancement of God’s will on the earth. Where religion has failed, the remnant will prevail. Where institutions have compromised, the remnant will stand. And through them, revival will come.

The Call to the Remnant

Are you among them? Will you choose to be set apart rather than blend in? Will you stand in truth, walk in holiness, and seek His presence above all else?

Now is the time. The remnant is rising. Will you answer the call?

The Church is engaged in a war—not a battle of flesh and blood, but a spiritual war against unseen forces. This war is not fought with earthly weapons, nor is it waged in fear or uncertainty. It is a war from victory, not for victory, because the triumph has already been won by our Lord Jesus Christ on the cross.

Through His death and resurrection, Jesus disarmed the powers of darkness, making a public spectacle of them and securing eternal victory for His people. We do not fight to gain ground—we fight to enforce the victory that has already been established. The enemy seeks to deceive, distract, and discourage, but we stand firm, clothed in the armor of God, wielding the sword of the Spirit, and advancing in the authority of Christ.

Our battle is not against people, governments, or institutions. It is against spiritual beings without bodies—principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, and forces of evil in the heavenly realms. But we do not war alone. The Spirit of God empowers us, the Word of God guides us, and the victory of Christ assures us that the enemy has already been defeated.

So, Church, rise up! Stand firm in the truth. Pray with boldness. Declare the victory of Jesus. Walk in the authority given to you by the King of Kings. The war is real, but the outcome is certain—Christ has won, and we enforce His triumph!

Enforcing Christ’s victory in our daily lives means living in the authority He has given us and standing firm against spiritual opposition. Here are some practical ways to do that:

  • Walk in Faith, Not Fear – Trust in the finished work of Christ and refuse to be intimidated by the enemy’s schemes.
  • Declare God’s Word – Speak and pray Scripture over your life, your family, and your circumstances. The Word of God is a powerful weapon.
  • Live in Holiness – Sin gives the enemy a foothold. Pursue righteousness and obedience to God’s commands.
  • Pray with Authority – Engage in spiritual warfare through prayer, interceding for yourself, others, and the world.
  • Put on the Armor of God – Daily equip yourself with truth, righteousness, faith, salvation, the Word, and prayer (Ephesians 6:10-18).
  • Resist the Enemy – When temptation or spiritual attacks come, stand firm and rebuke them in Jesus’ name.
  • Advance the Kingdom – Share the Gospel, love others, and serve in ways that bring light into darkness.

These steps help us live from the victory Christ has already won, ensuring that His triumph is enforced in our lives and the world around us. Our Identity in these Promises Keep Us pressing forward—With Holy Spirit’s whispers of Victory is yours!

Time tested real life experiences testify that applying these steps in your daily routine requires intentionality and consistency. Here’s how you can integrate them into your everyday life:

  • Start Your Day with Prayer – Before anything else, dedicate time to seek God’s presence, express gratitude, and ask for His guidance.
  • Read and Meditate on Scripture – Set aside time to study the Bible, whether through a reading plan, devotionals, or memorizing key verses.
  • Speak Life and Truth – Declare God’s promises over your life, your family, and your circumstances throughout the day.
  • Stay Spiritually Alert – Be mindful of spiritual battles and resist temptation by standing firm in faith.
  • Engage in Worship – Listen to worship music, sing praises, or simply express gratitude to God in your daily activities.
  • Serve Others – Look for opportunities to show Christ’s love through acts of kindness, encouragement, and generosity.
  • End Your Day in Reflection – Take time to review your day, repent if needed, and thank God for His faithfulness.

By making these practices a habit, you actively enforce Christ’s victory in your life and walk in His authority daily. Keep pressing forward—God is with you!

Applying these steps daily can transform your life in powerful ways. Here are some benefits you can expect:

  • Spiritual Strength – You’ll grow in faith and resilience, standing firm against challenges.
  • Peace and Confidence – Knowing Christ’s victory is already won brings deep peace and assurance.
  • Greater Discernment – You’ll recognize spiritual attacks and respond with wisdom.
  • Closer Relationship with God – Spending time in prayer and Scripture strengthens your connection with Him.
  • Victory Over Temptation – Living in holiness and resisting the enemy helps you overcome struggles.
  • Impact on Others – Your faith and obedience will inspire and encourage those around you.

These benefits help you walk in Christ’s victory daily, ensuring that His triumph is reflected in your life and the world around you. Keep pressing forward—Christ Jesus is Always with and in you!

There are many parallels between the natural and the spiritual. Take for example some of the most decorated soldiers In school they we not always the popular one, often times they led a quiet life, with no fan base or groups of fellow students to cheer them on, kind of like Gideon, the Shepherd boy who turned king, and the disciples whom Jesus chose.

In fact most students wanted to be amongst the popular ones, or just to be friends with them, even though it could and often duid cost them their own integrity, to where they basically sold out their destiny to gain access to what they deemed as that of societal value.

Yet in the spiritual realm, these quiet ones who quietly went about their own business with no desire to be noiticed, were labeled arch enemy number #1 by the forces of darkness.

Now, people looked at them through spiritual eyes, they may have just picked up on the inward tenacity that fueled their warrior spirit within them.

The same could be said for the modern-day Church landscape, where many want to be part of the “popular Church”. You know, the big Church with a grand ole production of entertainment in their services, big screens and smoke machine. Because after all. they must be authentic, just look at how many people they have drawn, and the money they are receiving. Campuses are being built in the most affluent and popular neighborhoods.

Now, for the record, I am not claiming that they all fit in this class, however, I want to share a dream I had 20 years ago.

Now this was a very real-life dream where I found myself standing next to a man who showed me a picture of a mega Church which by all accounts on the surface looked like it was prospering, and it was also adding to the Kingdom.

But upon a closer look, the man beside me revealed it was actually a grave yard of stolen destinies, where like Esau, they had sold their destiny for a temporary fix, a hunger they felt needed to be filled,

He then took me in the spirit to now be standing in front of what appeared to be a rundown Church, the paint on the outside was peeling, the cross on the steeple was a little crooked, and once inside you could see the carpet was worn, the pews were outdated, the choir books where held together with what looked like duct tape – yet up at the front where the altar was, something powerful was happening.

As we walked up there I saw what seemed to be all the members of that congregation, from the youngest to the oldest and they were all on their knees unified in praying as their voices blended into one strong voice, where each member was happily praying in agreement with the others in the group.

Then I was taken from that scene and found myself in a room where I saw a person on a hospital bed, the machines attached to them had just been turned off, and the medical personnel had started to turn away, when all of sudden, a streaming light came through the ceiling and touched their head, and all at once the person on the bed rose up, and shout Thank you Jesus.

Then I was whisked in the spirit to a dark alley way, where I saw an individual whose body had been withered down to skin and bones, and this individual was about to stick their arm with yet another needle, when all of a sudden a man, who was surrounded by light reached out and touched their shoulder, and immediately health came back into their body, their pale like death white skin began to shine like the light around the one who had just touched them.

From the place of a very deep and dark prison of addiction, they walked out of the chains that had bound them. Then just like the one who had just touched them they began going through the alley touching others, and the sound of chains dropping to the ground began to resound through the whole alley way, even to the point that people walking on the enjoining streets could hear the sound.

Then once again, I was taken in the spirit to a bedroom where a young women was crying on the edge of the bed, where she held a pill in her hand, I noticed the writing on the box next to her bed which read, morning after pill. she was crying and asking the Lord to forgive her, but she could not keep the child in her any longer.

All of sudden the man who had been accompanying me stood beside her and I suddenly noticed that He had long white hair. He walked over and stood beside her, where He reached out and gently grabbed her hands, and spoke with a voice that sounded like a thousand rivers, softly rushing through a canyon. He said its ok daughter, I am here now and I will be with you from this day forward, you are greatly loved, and this child inside you is not a mistake, for I have blessed you with this child, knowing the loving mother you shall be to her.

And then I found myself back in that little Church and realized that each person there was not concerned with what the building looked like, or the part of town it was located in. Suddenly I began to discern as I stood there that these were the faithful ones, spoken of in Revelation 12:11, those who could care less about what people thought about them, or what their building looked like, for their days were consumed with the assignments that the Father had given them, knowing their faithfulness and steadfastness.

As I turned, I noticed something that I hadn’t noticed when I first saw the sanctuary, although now seeing it, and due to its showing the signs of having been there for years, with a hill of spent candle wax on the floor, was a golden candle stand, with six spent candles, and one candle which was still burning ever so brightly.

So my dear brothers and sisters, are you driven to belong to the popular crown, do you have to be part of the big show? Or does your heart burn with the same passion for the world as does the heart of our Lord.

If you said yes to the atter, ask Holy Spirit to direct you to a Kingdom family whose whole focus is on the King, His Kingdom and His Righteousness.

And remember, Big isn’t always better, sometimes the small thigs have a greatest impact.

If Brother David Wilkerson were alive today, I believe he would address the Church with the following message:

In a world saturated with cultural trends and societal norms, the call to spiritual transformation stands as a beacon for the faithful. Romans 12:2 urges believers to cease conforming to the ideals and opinions of the surrounding culture and to experience a profound inward transformation through the Holy Spirit.

This transformation is not merely about personal improvement; it holds the power to discern God’s will and live a life that is pleasing and perfect in His eyes. The challenge lies not only in personal reflection but also in how the Church embodies the essence of the Kingdom of God amidst an ever-changing cultural landscape.

The leadership within the Church faces a critical juncture where the temptation to reflect worldly values threatens the authenticity of the Gospel. The allure of trendy beards, tattoos, and modern aesthetics may be appealing, yet they do not inherently represent the Kingdom of God. Instead, these external markers can distract from the deeper, transformative work that God desires in the hearts of His people.

The Gospel of the Kingdom serves as a powerful agent, capable of delivering those lost in darkness into the marvelous light of God’s love. It is crucial for church leaders to recognize that true representation of the Kingdom cannot be achieved through superficial means; rather, it stems from a life empowered by the Holy Spirit.

The Apostle Paul addresses this issue with clarity, reminding the Corinthians that the essence of the Christian faith is rooted in purity, patience, kindness, and spiritual insight. True leadership and influence come from living according to the principles of the Kingdom, armed with the “mighty weapons of righteousness.”

This means being steadfast even in the face of dishonor and rejection, understanding that worldly accolades hold no value compared to the richness of spiritual legacy. The Apostle’s message highlights the importance of distinguishing between the values of the Kingdom and the trends of the world, urging believers to make room in their hearts for the transformative love of God.

Furthermore, the call to separate from worldly alliances is echoed in 2 Corinthians 6:14-18. This scripture challenges the idea of blending in with a culture that often stands in opposition to God’s truth. The partnership between righteousness and rebellion is inherently incompatible; light cannot coalesce with darkness.

The command to be separate isn’t a call to isolation but an invitation to embrace an identity rooted in divine purpose. As the Temple of the Living God, believers are reminded of their identity and position before God.

The promise of God’s presence among His people serves as a reminder of the high calling to which they are summoned. While external expressions such as beards or tattoos are not inherently wrong, they should never serve as a measure of one’s anointing or acceptance.

The heart’s condition is what truly matters; it is the heart that ought to be marked by the Word of God, resonating with surrender and obedience. If the Church is to impact the surrounding culture meaningfully, it must be fully surrendered to the Holy Spirit’s leading.

As declared in the scripture, “Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord of Hosts,” the emphasis on Spirit-led transformation cannot be overstated. Thus, the hope for the Church lies not in adopting worldly characteristics but in being renewed and transformed by the Holy Spirit.

The prayer for a cleansing fire to sweep across the nation is a call to return to the foundational truths of the Gospel. It is an appeal for believers to awaken to their true identity as reflections of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

As the Church aligns itself with the Kingdom of God and embraces the transformative power of the Holy Spirit, it can rise to meet the cultural challenges of our time, illuminating the path for others to follow.

In this journey of faith, let us remember that the beauty of a life lived in accordance with God’s will is the most powerful testimony of all.

A radical transformation, from the Seed of Faith to a Seasoned Warrior

From the first time I heard the phrase “Spiritual Warfare” from Derek Prince at a meeting in Portland, Maine in 1983, it planted a Spiritual seed in me. This moment was a defining point in my spiritual journey, marking the beginning of a profound transformation.

In 2002, under the mentoring of Dr. Don Lynch, the Lord poured into my life what I interpreted as a “Miracle Grow Anointing.” This anointing catalyzed a significant shift in my spiritual life, empowering me in ways I hadn’t previously experienced. Looking back, I can see how I have been in the fires of that Warfare ever since.

Some of this warfare came from the Father, in the form of pruning, purging, and purifying my walk before Him. These periods were challenging, yet they were essential in refining my character and fortifying my faith. The Father’s hand was evident in these trials, shaping me into a vessel that could withstand greater battles.

At other times, the warfare was instigated by the enemy, testing my resolve and faith in the most trying of circumstances. There were also instances when, in my immaturity, I brought warfare upon myself. These self-inflicted battles were perhaps the hardest, as they required me to confront my own weaknesses and grow beyond them.

Although I understand now that not all battles were ordained by the Father, each one was permitted by Him. The Holy Spirit has shown me how the Father has taken what the enemy meant for destruction in my life and repurposed it for my good. Each battle, regardless of its origin, has been a tool in the Father’s hands to strengthen and equip me, bringing me to where I stand today – as a seasoned warrior.

I remember the days when my prayers were full of my own words, telling the Father what I wanted Him to do. Those prayers often felt like they hit the ceiling and bounced back. It was a humbling realization that true prayer is not about directing God but aligning oneself with His will and listening to His voice.

This journey has been one of learning and unlearning, of falling and rising, and of being broken and remade. Each step, each battle, and each moment of pruning has drawn me closer to the Father and solidified my dependence on Him. Today, I stand not only as a warrior but as a testament to His grace, mercy, and unfailing love.

Through all the fires of warfare, the Father has been faithful, turning every trial into a testimony and every struggle into a stepping stone towards a deeper understanding of His purpose for my life.

And I believe that is part of my calling, to not only war in the Spirit but to teach and train-up other Warriors with Christ-like discipleship of pouring in their lives, everything the Father has poured into mine.

Which is why I can see the aspects of Spiritual Warfare being included in all the books I have written, am writing and shall write in the future.

As the lead Elder and Apostolic teacher at Highway to Heaven Church, I have spent hours praying to the Father, as just the word “Church” troubles me in the sense that He has called me to teach and train-up Warriors, I lean more towards the name Remnant Warrior Boot camp.

However, Holy Spirit keeps reminding me that even though many have been drawn to and now sit encamped in the religious meaning of “Church”, under the control of the religious spirit, which has been around since the fall of the first Adam. We must understand that there is nothing that can stand in the way of the Father’s ability to work around whatever the enemy attempts to use to slow down, or even to ultimately stop Him from reaching His Children.

I have had a number of people ask me, “Why do you always talk about Spiritual Warfare?” The answer is simple: “Because that is the spiritual lane the Father has ordained me to walk in.”

It has come with a cost; at least three times that I am aware of, the enemy sought to take me out. The first was in 2007, with a heart attack, the second was in 2020 via COVID-19, and the third was on November 13, 2023, with a stroke.

Which ironically was on the same day that I committed to the Father’s which I received a prophetic meeting, calling me to join in with other Spiritual Warriors across the nation to retake and occupy the “Spiritual Gates of Government and the Church”

Now, I have no idea how many times the Angels assigned to me have foiled the attempts of the enemy, only they and the Father know. However, I am hoping that when I finally cross through the spiritual veil of this life, to live in Paradise (Garden of Eden), I can view the replay.

So to answer the question of why I write so much about Spiritual Warfare, and the Remnant Warriors, is because that is where the Father has me, confirmed by the fact that Holy Spirit is consistently speaking to me with regard to the Remnant and Spiritual Warfare.

Over the years I have attempted to walk in a different calling, evangelist, preacher and such, however the anointing have never flowed in those areas, I didn’t not discern the Father’s hand in those positions, however when I am teaching, counseling, and writing about the Remnant and Spiritual Warfare, I can feel the passion of the Lord in and over my life.

And in all the books I have read, of those who did great exploits for the Kingdom, they all knew and had accepted the calling of the Father on their lives. And with that, the day that I accepted my calling, the realm of the spiritual opened to me, and in spite of all the attempts of satan on my life, and in time where the battle was so fierce, I have never not once felt His presence with me.

I have never had an ounce of fear overtake me during these times of engaging in Spiritual Warfare, nor the times of when the enemy attacking me physically, but rather the Spirit which cries out victory, overcomer, and more than a conqueror has risen up in me.

Friends, if you do not know what you’re calling is, or if you are attempting to operate in someone else’s calling, take some time to seek the Lord, pray and ask Him what His calling is on your life. mediate on the Word, and if Holy Spirit leads you to fast, then fast. Trust me, the Father so loves to share with His children, what His calling and ordained destiny is.

A word of caution in closing, when I say pray, I mean have a two-way conversation, ask the Father, and give Him time to respond. Holy Spirit showed me this aspect early in my walk. Remember, He had offered the Israelites the opportunity to enter into an intimate personal relationship with Him, but the rejected that offer, having still the slave mentality telling Moses, you talk to Him, and then tell us what He said, and we can see where that got them

In an age characterized by moral ambiguity and spiritual dilution, the concept of a “remnant” holds profound significance for believers.

Defined as “that which remains” or “a distinct part of a larger whole,” the term captures the essence of a devoted group within the Christian faith that remains steadfast in their commitment to God.

New Testament verses which refer to a faithful “remnant” ([Biblical Greek]: λεῖμμα, romanized: leîmma) include [Romans 11:5], where Paulr efers back to Old Testament examples, and [Revelation 12:17] (“And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ”)

This passage in scripture (Revelations 12:17) is not referring to the lack luster Christian, who goes to Church on Sunday and lives like a heathen the rest of the week. Those who sit year after year under a leadership that is made up by those who feed off of a compromised religious system. Such congregations are likened to the Laodicean Church in scripture.

The Laodicean Church was a Christian community in the ancient city of Laodicea, which is now located in Turkey. It was established during the beginning of the New Testament Church, the earliest period of Christianity.

What is the Laodicean Church known for?

It’s one of the Seven churches of Asia addressed by name in the Book of Revelation

It’s the only church in the group that receives no praise from Jesus, only rebuke

The church was spiritually blind and complacent

What does the Bible say about the Laodicean Church?

The church is mentioned in Colossians 2:1, Colossians 4:13-16, Revelation 1:11, and Revelation 3:14-22

Jesus’ message to the church is found in Revelation 3:14-22

Jesus condemns the church for being neither cold nor hot

Jesus counsels the church to repent and apply a spiritual eye-salve

So, as a true student of the Holy Word of the Lord, we must study from the seat of viewing the scriptures in proper context. And with regard to Revelation 12:17, we can clearly see that this passage comes on the heels of Revelation 12:11.

Which giving what is written in verse 17, is a direct reference to the Remnant of the Lord “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death”.

As we navigate these last days, there emerges a compelling belief that God is actively calling forth a Holy Remnant Church (Ecclesia)—an assembly of individuals dedicated to living out the teachings of Jesus Christ with fervor and purity.

This remnant is not merely a fraction of the church; it represents the core of the True Church, the Body and Bride of Christ, standing in stark contrast to the apostate congregations that pervade our contemporary religious landscape.

The phenomenon of individuals leaving traditional organized churches to pursue a deeper relationship with God is both striking and significant. As people seek authenticity in their faith, many find themselves drawn to a community that prioritizes simplicity in worship, doctrinal purity, and a profound understanding of Scripture.

This shift is often misinterpreted by establishment Christianity, yet it signifies a divine calling to embrace a life that is wholly dedicated to Christ. The Remnant Church is emerging as a response to societal distractions, materialism, and the convoluted ideologies that have infiltrated mainstream religious institutions.

In what is perceived as a time of testing, this remnant is being prepared to “stand” for truth and to fulfill the Great Commission and Great Commandment in a world that desperately needs hope.

At the heart of the Remnant Church lies an unwavering commitment to the Word of God. Its members are individuals who recognize their identity as sons and daughters of God, guided by the Holy Spirit in their quest for deeper intimacy with Christ.

As they diligently study the Scriptures, they embody the characteristics of the Bereans, who were commended for their eagerness to receive and examine the Word.

This hunger for God’s truth fosters a community that operates not in self-importance but in humility, understanding that their purpose is to reflect the love and power of God in their lives.

The Remnant Church does not seek glory for itself but desires to magnify the greatness of God. Moreover, the Remnant Church stands firmly against the encroachment of pagan ideologies and humanistic beliefs that have tainted many contemporary congregations.

It is a community that prioritizes the teachings of Jesus and the doctrines of the early Church, ensuring that their faith remains unadulterated. This commitment to biblical truth is not without its challenges. As history has shown, those who adhere to the pure Gospel often face persecution.

The apostle Paul warned of such trials—both to Timothy and the Philippians—reminding believers that living godly in Christ Jesus will inevitably attract opposition.

Yet, the Remnant Church is undeterred, fully embracing the reality that sacrifice and suffering are part of their calling. In conclusion, as we find ourselves in a world rife with confusion and moral decay, the call to be part of the Remnant Church resonates more than ever.

This is a call to emulate the early Church of Acts—a community marked by faith, sacrifice, and a willingness to turn the world upside down for the sake of the Gospel.

The Remnant Church is not simply a group; it is a movement of individuals who are collectively committed to honoring God amidst adversities, proclaiming the truth of Scripture, and serving as a beacon of hope in a desperate world.

As believers, we are invited to respond to this divine invitation, embracing our role in the Remnant Church and standing firm in our faith until the very end.

If this message speaks to you, and you have a inner longing to be part of such a Kingdom family, seek direction from Holy Spirit. For I believe that Heaven has strategical been raising up such Remnant Congregations throughout the nation, many which are regional, with some states having multiple congregation connected to each other, with all five gifts in operation.

But be aware, if you find comfort in the tradition setting of “Church”, you may not find that within these congregations, and very rarely do you find such within the context of either the “Mega-Church” setting nor the rising popularity of the Franchised Church model led by a celebrity charismatic pastor.

In fact I have found that many of these Congregations are small in size, anywhere from a handful to a few hundred members, functioning under the religious radar of popularity.

However, these Kingdom families are well known within the demonic realm for the authority and power of Christ that they wield. In truth, none of these Congregation desire to be in the lime light, for they burn with a passionate fire seeking but to bring attention to their King Jesus, His Kingdom and His Righteousness.

The Foundation of the Church: Understanding the Apostolic Office

In the realm of architecture, no one would dispute the significance of a building’s foundation. It is the bedrock upon which the entire structure rests, ensuring stability and longevity.

This analogy finds a profound reflection in the biblical context, particularly in Ephesians 2:20, where the Apostle Paul emphasizes that the church’s foundation is built upon the apostles and prophets, with Christ as the chief cornerstone.

This metaphor not only highlights the vital role of unity within the church but also invites an exploration of the nature and implications of the apostolic office. The apostolic office serves as a crucial element in the establishment and nurturing of the church.

The apostles were not merely historical figures; they were divinely appointed leaders who played an essential role in spreading the teachings of Jesus Christ and laying the groundwork for the early Christian community.

Their firsthand experiences with Christ provided them with unique insights and revelations that shaped the beliefs and practices of the church. This foundational leadership was instrumental in creating a unified body of believers that transcended cultural, social, and geographical barriers.

Paul’s assertion in Ephesians 4:12-13 further expands upon the significance of the apostles in the contemporary church. He writes, “For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.”

This passage underscores the ongoing role of the apostolic office, suggesting that the church has not yet fully achieved the maturity and unity envisioned by Paul. The work of the apostles in perfecting the saints and edifying the body of Christ remains essential, as it fosters an environment where believers can grow in faith and knowledge.

In today’s world, the implications of Paul’s teachings are profound. The church is called to recognize and embrace the presence of modern-day apostles who continue to guide and equip the body of Christ.

These leaders play a pivotal role in addressing contemporary challenges, promoting unity, and ensuring the church remains aligned with its foundational values. As society evolves and new crises emerge, the need for apostolic leadership becomes increasingly evident.

Moreover, the apostolic office serves as a reminder of the importance of mentorship and discipleship within the church. Just as the original apostles mentored early Christians, today’s leaders must invest in the spiritual growth of their congregations.

This commitment to nurturing future generations of believers ensures that the church continues to thrive and adapt while remaining firmly rooted in its foundational truths.

In conclusion, the apostolic office is not merely a relic of the past; it is a living and active force within the church today. Understanding this role is vital for fostering unity, maturity, and growth in the body of Christ.

As we reflect on Paul’s teachings, may we be inspired to seek out and support apostolic leadership in our communities, ensuring that our foundation remains strong as we build a vibrant church that honors Christ as the chief cornerstone.

The journey toward spiritual maturity and unity is ongoing, and it is through the guidance of apostles that we can navigate the challenges of our time with wisdom and grace.

Throughout the course of American history, there have been distinct moments when a divine wind of revival has swept across the nation, igniting the hearts of believers and rekindling the flames of faith.

Every few hundred years, this spiritual refreshment appears, blowing upon the lingering embers of previous revivals tended to by the Remnant—those faithful individuals who remain committed to nurturing the seeds of hope and transformation. However, as eternity unfolds, there are pivotal moments that can either lead to a national awakening or result in a disheartening retreat from faith.

The call for discernment among the Watchmen Spirit flowing within the Remnant is critical, particularly in a time when the Church faces both internal strife and external challenges. The Remnant serves as the spiritual guardians who watch over the flames of revival, sensing the opportune moments for spiritual renewal. Yet, as history has shown, the failure of religious leaders to heed these signs can lead to disastrous consequences.

In Matthew 16:3, Jesus rebuked the religious rulers for their inability to interpret the signs of the times, highlighting a profound truth that resonates in contemporary society. The Church, over the past century, has frequently struggled to discern the shifting spiritual landscape, allowing division and strife to overshadow its mission.

When one group within the Church begins to experience a movement of the Holy Spirit, another faction often resorts to downplaying or even opposing that movement, sometimes resorting to what can be described as witchcraft-like prayers against fellow believers. This internal conflict not only detracts from the Church’s purpose but also creates a barrier to the collective spiritual awakening that America so desperately needs.

In recent years, a growing number of Watchmen, men such as the late Arthur Burt, C. Peter Wagner, and David Wilkerson along with present day men such as Dutch Sheets and his brother Tim Sheets—are those spiritually attuned individuals who seek to discern the seasons of God—have sensed that America is on the cusp of another significant visitation.

This anticipated revival is not merely a hope for the future; it is a pressing invitation for the Church to come together in unity, prayer, and repentance.

The question that looms large is whether the Church will heed this call. Will the body of Christ rise above its differences, setting aside petty disputes and focusing instead on the greater mission of bringing healing and restoration to a fractured nation? The stakes are high, as a failure to embrace this moment may lead America further into a spiral of chaos and evil. Thus, the need for discernment has never been more urgent.

It is a call to action for believers to seek the Lord earnestly, to pray for unity, and to cultivate an environment where the winds of revival can blow freely once again. The teachings of Christ remind us of the importance of recognizing the signs around us, prompting us to engage in self-reflection and collective prayer.

As the timeline of eternity continues to unfold, the choice lies within the Church: to awaken, unify, and prepare for the visitation that lies ahead or to remain stagnant and risk being swept away by the tides of secularism and moral decay. So we can see that we are standing at spiritual cross-road, and the history of revival in America serves as a reminder that moments of divine intervention are often contingent upon the readiness of the Church. The call for discernment and unity is critical in this pivotal season.

As the Watchmen sound the alarm, it is up to the body of Christ to respond with courage and faith, recognizing that a new wave of revival could very well be on the horizon. The future of America hinges on our willingness to bend the knee in repentance and turn back to the Lord, allowing His transformative power to shape our nation once more.

The landscape of the American Church has become a topic of significant discussion and debate in recent years. With the rise of mega churches, some may argue that the church is thriving and expanding.

However, a closer examination reveals a more complex reality. While it is true that mega churches attract substantial attendance and resources, this growth often comes at the expense of smaller congregations, which struggle to maintain their presence in a world dominated by aggressive marketing and cookie-cutter models of worship.

The question remains: has the American Church experienced genuine growth, or has it merely become stagnant in its methods and outcomes? The emergence of mega churches has undeniably transformed the religious landscape, with many individuals pointing to their expansive outreach and community engagement as evidence of success.

Yet, this perspective often overlooks the underlying issues associated with such growth. As these large congregations flourish, smaller churches find themselves unable to compete, leading to a decline in diversity within the Church.

The homogenization of worship experiences can erode the unique expressions of faith that smaller congregations offer, creating an environment where spiritual depth is sacrificed for numbers. Moreover, while mega churches may present the illusion of growth, the reality is that their attendance can be highly transient.

Many individuals who flock to these large gatherings may be seeking a temporary fix for their spiritual hunger, often referred to as “wandering sheep.” This phenomenon raises significant concerns about the authenticity of the engagement being offered.

Are mega churches genuinely reproducing the Kingdom of God, or are they merely providing a polished entertainment experience that lacks the transformative power of true discipleship? Interestingly, a pattern emerges when examining cities with a high concentration of mega churches and franchise churches.

These urban areas also often experience rising addiction, homelessness, and crime rates. This correlation challenges the narrative that the mere presence of large congregations equates to spiritual and social health.

It prompts one to consider the impact of church models on the communities they inhabit. In contrast, smaller, more authentic ecclesia—congregations grounded in genuine relationships and spiritual accountability—tend to foster a positive influence in their neighborhoods.

Where these ecclesia are active, there is often a noticeable decrease in the social ills that plague areas dominated by mega churches. One of the reasons behind the effectiveness of these ecclesia lies in their approach to spiritual warfare and their understanding of their inherited identity in Christ.

These communities empower their members to recognize their roles as the Father’s righteous ones on Earth, equipping them to engage in meaningful acts of service and outreach. This revelation sparks a movement of “Remnant Warriors”—individuals who take their rightful positions within the Father’s house and actively seek to fulfill His will, much like Christ did.

Their efforts produce lasting change that transcends the superficial growth metrics often celebrated by mega churches. In conclusion, while the rise of mega churches in America may outwardly suggest that the Church is thriving, a deeper look reveals a landscape marked by stagnation and spiritual superficiality.

The authentic growth of the Church is not measured solely by attendance numbers or marketing prowess but by the transformative impact it has on individuals and communities. As we navigate this complex reality, it is essential to prioritize spiritual depth, genuine relationships, and a commitment to the mission of the Kingdom over mere numerical success. In doing so, the American Church can aspire to a growth that is rooted in authenticity and reflective of the true body of Christ.

In their quest to become culturally relevant, they have in reality allowed the enemy to make major advances within the culture, claiming spheres of influence that the Church once possessed. And because of the enemy has allowed the advance of alternatives to Church explode throughout society, cause deep divisions across the board from Education to government, even to where a once truth seeking media has now come under the rule of the kingdom of darkness evolving into a lie spewing subculture.

In conclusion, while the rise of mega-churches may suggest numerical growth, a closer examination reveals an underlying stagnation in authentic spiritual engagement and community impact. The juxtaposition of these large congregations with smaller Ecclesia communities highlights the need for a reevaluation of what it means to be the Church in America today.

By embracing a model that prioritizes genuine relationships, spiritual warfare, and community transformation, the Church can move beyond mere attendance metrics and fulfill its divine mandate to be a beacon of hope and healing in a broken world. Ultimately, the health and vitality of the American Church will not be determined by the size of its buildings but by the depth of its commitment to living out the Gospel in every sphere of life.
