Since 2005: Faithful to the Father’s Assignment — Training, Equipping, and Raising Up the Remnant

A Prophetic Declaration to the Ecclesia of Jesus Christ

“What went ye out into the wilderness to see? A reed shaken with the wind?” — Matthew 11:7 (KJV)

There comes an hour when every ministry, every spiritual leader, and every believer must answer a question that cannot be avoided: Who governs your life, your message, and your allegiance? Is it the fear of men, the approval of religious institutions, the shifting winds of cultural acceptance, or the sovereign authority of the Living God? We are living in an hour when too many pulpits have exchanged the fire of Holy Spirit for the comfort of public approval, when biblical conviction is being negotiated to preserve influence, and when the fear of offending men has become greater than the fear of grieving the Spirit of God. Yet Heaven has not commissioned the Ecclesia to become a reflection of the culture surrounding her. She has been called to reveal the nature, character, holiness, and authority of Jesus Christ!

At Remnant Warrior Ministries, that decision was made long ago. We have not been commissioned to chase popularity, manufacture religious excitement, or reshape the Gospel to satisfy a generation increasingly uncomfortable with truth. We have been entrusted with an assignment from the Father, delivered through the Spirit of Truth, and established upon the unchanging Word of God. We do not measure the legitimacy of that assignment by the size of an audience, the recognition of men, or the number of people willing to applaud our message. Our responsibility is to remain faithful to the One who called us, regardless of opposition, rejection, misunderstanding, or the changing seasons of life.

THE VOICE IN THE WILDERNESS WAS NOT A REED SHAKEN BY THE WIND!

When Jesus spoke concerning John the Baptist, He confronted the crowd with a remarkable question: “What went ye out into the wilderness to see? A reed shaken with the wind?” John was no reed bending beneath every passing breeze of religious opinion or political pressure. He was a voice crying in the wilderness, preparing the way of the Lord, calling a generation to repentance, and confronting the spiritual blindness of those who had substituted religious appearance for genuine obedience to God. He did not require the endorsement of the religious establishment to fulfill his calling, nor did he modify the message entrusted to him when that message became unpopular.

John understood something the modern Ecclesia desperately needs to recover: when the Father sends a messenger, the messenger’s responsibility is not to negotiate the message but to faithfully deliver it. John knew that he was not the Christ, that his authority was derived from the One who sent him, and that his purpose was to prepare a people for the appearing of the Lord. He was not building a movement around his personality; he was pointing a generation toward the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. His declaration still exposes the ambition that has corrupted so much religious leadership: “He must increase, but I must decrease” (John 3:30).

And I ask the Ecclesia today: Have we become so desperate to be accepted by the world that we have forgotten whom we were called to represent? Have we become so concerned with attendance, applause, religious reputation, and financial security that the uncompromising truth of Scripture is now treated as something to be adjusted rather than obeyed? When the Spirit of Truth confronts the doctrines, traditions, and practices we have inherited, do we surrender them before the authority of Christ, or do we defend them because they have become familiar? The hour has come for the fire of Holy Spirit to expose everything we have built upon human approval rather than divine obedience!

WE ARE NOT GOVERNED BY THE WINDS OF CULTURE — WE ARE GOVERNED BY HOLY SPIRIT!

“The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.” — John 3:8 (KJV)

There is a profound difference between being a reed shaken by the winds of men and being a son or daughter born of the Spirit and governed by the breath of God! One is moved by external pressure, constantly adjusting its position according to the expectations of others. The other has received life from above and is called to live in obedience to the One who has given that life. Jesus did not describe a people who would become slaves to religious performance, human manipulation, or cultural conformity. He revealed the mystery of the new birth, a life originating in the Spirit of God rather than the natural abilities or religious achievements of men.

We are Spirit-Wind people! Not because we are free to do whatever pleases us, but because we have surrendered our lives to the governing authority of Holy Spirit. We are not called to wander aimlessly under the banner of spiritual freedom, nor to substitute private impressions for the authority of Scripture. The Spirit of Truth glorifies Jesus Christ, bears witness to His Word, and leads the sons and daughters of God into obedience to the Father’s will (John 16:13–14; Romans 8:14). Where the flesh seeks recognition, Holy Spirit produces surrender. Where religion seeks control, Holy Spirit produces the life and character of Christ. Where fear demands compromise, Holy Spirit strengthens us to stand in truth and love.

We do not need the world’s permission to proclaim what Heaven has commissioned, and we do not require the applause of religious institutions to remain faithful to the Gospel of the Kingdom. Yet let no one mistake steadfastness for arrogance or spiritual conviction for the absence of love. We are not called to become harsh, self-righteous accusers who wound the very people Christ came to redeem. We are called to carry the truth with purity, humility, courage, and the unmistakable character of the Son, refusing both the compromise that conceals truth and the religious pride that weaponizes it.

SINCE 2005 — THE ASSIGNMENT HAS NOT CHANGED!

“Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight.” — Psalm 144:1 (KJV)

Since the birth of this ministry in 2005, through more than two decades of changing seasons, cultural upheaval, and the shifting winds of religious opinion, we have remained steadfast in the calling and assignment entrusted to us by the Father. Our message has never been determined by the applause of men, the size of an audience, or the popularity of the hour, but by our obedience to the One who commissioned us. Our calling is to train, equip, strengthen, and raise up those whom the Father has entrusted to our assignment. Not to manufacture another religious following, not to build a platform around personalities, but to prepare sons and daughters who know their Father, recognize His voice, discern the hour, and stand firmly in the authority and victory of Jesus Christ. We recognize that this is a spiritual battle, for Ephesians 6:12 reminds us that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, the rulers of the darkness of this world, and spiritual wickedness in high places.

We have walked through seasons of planting when the fields appeared barren, seasons of pruning when the Father dealt with things that could not accompany us into the next assignment, and seasons of warfare when perseverance required more than human determination. Yet the passing of time has not diminished the conviction that originally gave birth to this ministry. We have not been called to construct another religious empire or gather people around the reputation of a minister. We have been called to prepare sons and daughters who can stand upon the Word of God, discern the operations of darkness, and walk in the authority of Christ without depending upon religious personalities to govern their relationship with the Father.

For more than twenty years, the assignment has remained greater than the platform through which it is delivered. Methods may change, technology may advance, and the avenues through which we communicate may expand, but the commission must never be exchanged for the convenience of the moment. Whether the message is delivered to a handful of believers gathered around the Word or reaches thousands through digital media, its substance must remain anchored in the truth of Scripture and the government of Holy Spirit. We have not labored all these years merely to gain an audience; we have labored to see the people entrusted to our care awakened, established, equipped, and released into their own God-given assignments.

OUR WARFARE IS NOT AGAINST PEOPLE — IT IS AGAINST THE DARKNESS THAT KEEPS PEOPLE IN BONDAGE!

The warfare of the Ecclesia is not an invitation to hatred, hostility, or the destruction of those who disagree with us. Our battle is not against flesh and blood, and our weapons are not the instruments of human aggression. Paul declares that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God (2 Corinthians 10:4–5). The enemy seeks to enslave minds, corrupt understanding, distort identity, and persuade people to accept bondage as though it were their permanent inheritance. But the Gospel announces something infinitely greater: through Jesus Christ, the power of sin has been confronted, the works of darkness have been exposed, and the way has been opened for humanity to receive new life in Him.

We refuse to confuse cultural outrage with the fire of Holy Spirit, religious aggression with spiritual authority, or the condemnation of people with the righteous exposure of deception. The fire of the Spirit is not given so that we may glorify ourselves as mighty warriors while neglecting the heart of the Father. His fire purifies, reveals, sanctifies, and empowers believers to bear witness to Jesus Christ. The same Lord who calls His people to stand against the schemes of darkness commands them to love their enemies, pray for those who persecute them, and overcome evil with good. Genuine spiritual warfare must always remain submitted to the nature and authority of the One who has already secured the victory.

And this is precisely why the Ecclesia must recover her identity! We cannot effectively confront spiritual darkness while remaining entangled in the very religious deception, bitterness, pride, division, and compromise that the enemy exploits. The battle begins with surrender, for those who would stand in the authority of Christ must first submit themselves to God (James 4:7). The Father is not raising up a people who merely know how to identify darkness; He is raising up sons and daughters who have learned to walk in His light!

THIS IS NOT MERELY A VISION WE PROCLAIM — IT IS AN ASSIGNMENT WE ARE ALREADY WALKING OUT!

Every Sunday morning at Highway to Heaven Church in Jacksonville, Florida, we gather to worship, pray, break bread, and equip believers through the uncompromising teaching of God’s Word. We are not interested in conducting another religious performance where people arrive as spectators and depart unchanged. Our desire is to see the Ecclesia restored to the biblical pattern of fellowship, discipleship, communion, spiritual maturity, and the active participation of every member of the body of Christ. We want sons and daughters established in their identity, strengthened in their faith, and equipped to carry the presence, truth, and love of Jesus Christ into their homes, workplaces, communities, and regions.

And the assignment does not end when our Sunday gathering concludes! Through Remnant Warrior Ministries on YouTube, we continue releasing prophetic briefings, spiritual warfare teaching, biblical instruction, and practical equipping designed to awaken discernment and strengthen believers in their daily walk with the Father. Through Radical Disciples, we challenge religious complacency, examine inherited traditions in the light of Scripture, confront deceptive doctrines, and invite believers into a deeper understanding of the Gospel of the Kingdom. Through Kingdom War College, we are building a pathway of biblical education and supernatural ministry equipping for those who desire to mature in their calling, grow in discernment, and serve faithfully under the authority of Jesus Christ.

These are not competing ministries, nor are they disconnected projects driven by a desire to establish another religious brand. They are different expressions of the same Kingdom assignment that has governed our labor since 2005. Whether gathering in a local congregation, teaching before a camera, writing an article, publishing a book, or developing a course of biblical instruction, the commission remains unchanged. We are called to train, equip, strengthen, and raise up the Remnant, preparing those whom the Father entrusts to this assignment to walk in the fullness of their identity and purpose in Christ.

WE ARE SOWING SEEDS FOR A HARVEST THAT MAY OUTLIVE US!

There is something the modern obsession with immediate results has caused many ministries to forget: the Kingdom of God cannot be reduced to the measurements of an algorithm, the applause of a crowd, or the financial performance of an institution. Jesus spoke of seed falling into good ground and bringing forth fruit through patient endurance. Paul reminded the Corinthians that one plants and another waters, but God gives the increase (1 Corinthians 3:6). The servant is responsible for faithfulness in the work entrusted to him; the harvest ultimately belongs to the Father.

That understanding governs how we approach every sermon, podcast, article, book, and Kingdom War College lesson. A message that reaches fifty people today may be discovered five years from now by someone desperately seeking biblical truth, and that person may carry its teaching into another generation. A book written in obedience to the Father’s assignment may outlive its author and continue equipping believers long after the original labor has ended. We do not despise small beginnings, nor will we surrender the substance of the message because the world demands faster results. Our calling is not to manufacture fruit through human striving, but to remain faithful in sowing the seed of God’s Word.

This is why our governing principles remain clear: faithfulness before popularity, consistency without exhaustion, and generational impact before immediate results. We will use available technology wisely, improve the clarity of our presentation, and remove unnecessary obstacles that prevent people from discovering the teachings. But we will never allow cultural trends, public opinion, or digital algorithms to determine what the Father has commissioned us to proclaim. The assignment determines the message, wisdom shapes its presentation, faithfulness sustains its delivery, and the Father determines the harvest!

HEAR THE SOUND OF THE TRUMPET, REMNANT — THE HOUR OF COMPROMISE MUST END!

The hour has come for the Ecclesia to recover the difference between religious activity and Kingdom obedience! We do not need another generation trained merely to occupy pews, memorize denominational preferences, and depend upon religious personalities for every spiritual decision. We need mature sons and daughters whose lives bear witness to the transforming power of Jesus Christ, who know the Scriptures, recognize the voice of their Shepherd, exercise spiritual discernment, and stand firmly upon the truth when darkness attempts to advance. We need believers who are neither intimidated by opposition nor intoxicated with personal importance, but who walk humbly, courageously, and faithfully under the government of Holy Spirit.

Let the winds of culture blow. Let religious traditions be examined beneath the searching light of Scripture. Let every doctrine, ambition, and ministry structure be tested by the truth revealed in Jesus Christ. That which has been established by the Father need not fear His refining fire, for the purpose of divine correction is not to destroy what belongs to Him, but to purify it for His glory. And where the Ecclesia has surrendered her voice to fear, compromise, or worldly ambition, may the fire of Holy Spirit awaken repentance, restore courage, and return our hearts to the simplicity and supremacy of Christ!

We know who has sent us. We know the assignment entrusted to us. We know that the warfare is spiritual, the weapons are mighty through God, and the victory belongs to Jesus Christ. We also know that the strength to complete this calling will never be found in human determination alone, but in our continued surrender to the One who began the work. By His grace, we will remain faithful to the assignment entrusted to our hands, refusing to exchange eternal Kingdom purpose for temporary recognition.

WE ARE NOT REEDS SHAKEN BY THE WIND!

We are sons and daughters born of the Spirit, governed by the Spirit of Truth, established in the Father’s purpose, and commissioned to reveal the glory of God through Jesus Christ our Lord!

And after more than twenty years, our declaration remains unchanged:

FAITHFULNESS BEFORE POPULARITY. CONSISTENCY WITHOUT EXHAUSTION. GENERATIONAL IMPACT BEFORE IMMEDIATE RESULTS.

The trumpet is sounding. The Remnant is awakening. And the assignment continues!

Dismantling Replacement Theology with the Light of Truth and the Unbroken Covenant of God with Israel

Replacement Theology is not merely a harmless doctrinal difference. It becomes dangerous when it teaches the Church to boast against the very root that carries her. It becomes toxic when it suggests that God cast away Israel in order to replace her with a Gentile Church. It becomes deceptive when it takes the promises, covenants, prophetic destiny, and covenant identity given to Israel and transfers them in such a way that the Jewish people are treated as abandoned, rejected, or irrelevant to God’s redemptive plan.

Romans 11 stands as one of the clearest apostolic rebukes against this error.

Paul opens Romans 11 with a question that leaves no room for confusion: “Has God cast away His people?” His answer is immediate and forceful: “God forbid.” In Greek, Paul uses the phrase mē genoito, which carries the sense of “May it never be,” “Absolutely not,” or “Let such a thing never be thought.” This is not a soft disagreement. This is Paul slamming the door on the idea that God has rejected Israel.

Romans 11:1 says, “I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.”

The Greek word translated “cast away” is apōtheō, meaning to push away, reject, thrust aside, or repudiate. Paul is directly confronting the idea that God has shoved Israel out of His covenant purpose. His answer is no. God has not repudiated His people. God has not divorced Himself from the covenant promises given to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and their descendants.

The Aramaic/Syriac Peshitta carries the same force. The question reads with the sense of whether God has rejected or cast off His people, and the response is emphatic: “Far be it.” The Syriac witness strengthens the same apostolic conclusion: God’s covenant people have not been discarded. Israel has experienced a partial hardening, but not covenant abandonment.

This distinction matters.

Paul does not say Israel has been replaced.
Paul says Israel has experienced a partial hardening.
Paul does not say the Church became Israel in a way that erases Israel.
Paul says Gentiles have been grafted into the covenant blessing through Messiah.
Paul does not say the root now depends on the branches.
Paul says the branches depend on the root.

Romans 11:2 declares, “God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew.”

The Greek word foreknew is proginōskō, meaning to know beforehand, to set covenantal knowledge upon, to recognize in advance. This is more than God having information ahead of time. It speaks of covenant recognition and divine intention. The people God foreknew, He did not abandon. The covenant God initiated, He did not cancel. The promises God swore, He did not break.

The Aramaic witness preserves this same covenant logic. God has not rejected the people He knew from before. This is covenant language. This is faithfulness language. This is the language of divine remembrance.

Replacement Theology collapses because Romans 11 is built upon the faithfulness of God.

If God can break His covenant with Israel, then what confidence does the Church have that He will keep His covenant promises to us? If God can revoke His oath to Abraham, then how can we trust His promises in Christ? Paul’s entire argument is not merely about Israel. It is about the character of God. The issue is not only Israel’s destiny; the issue is whether God is faithful to His own Word.

Romans 11:11 says, “Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid.”

Again Paul uses mē genoito: absolutely not. Israel stumbled, but Israel did not fall beyond recovery. Their stumbling opened a door of mercy to the nations, but the mercy shown to the nations was never meant to become arrogance against Israel. Gentile inclusion was designed to provoke Israel to holy jealousy, not to create Gentile superiority.

Paul then gives the olive tree picture.

Romans 11:17–18 says, “And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert grafted in among them… boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.”

This is devastating to Replacement Theology.

The Greek word for “grafted in” is enkentrizō. It speaks of inserting a branch into a living tree so it may draw life from the root. Gentile believers are not planted as a separate replacement tree. They are grafted into the existing covenantal olive tree. The tree existed before the Gentile branches were added. The root is not Gentile. The root is covenantal. The root runs through the patriarchs, the promises, the covenants, the prophets, and ultimately Messiah Himself, who came according to the flesh from Israel.

The Aramaic/Syriac Peshitta also presents the Gentiles as branches grafted in among the natural branches. The image remains the same: the Gentile believer receives life by being joined into what God had already cultivated. The wild branch does not become the root. The wild branch does not own the tree. The wild branch does not replace the natural branches. The wild branch is sustained by mercy.

Paul’s warning is sharp: “Boast not against the branches.”

The Greek word for boast carries the idea of exalting oneself over another. Paul is warning Gentile believers not to become arrogant toward Jewish unbelief. He is not giving the Church permission to mock Israel, erase Israel, spiritualize away Israel’s promises, or claim Israel’s identity in a way that denies Israel’s future restoration.

Romans 11:20 says, “Be not highminded, but fear.”

In Greek, the phrase carries the force of, “Do not think lofty thoughts about yourself, but stand in reverent fear.” Replacement Theology often produces the very attitude Paul warned against. It becomes high-minded. It assumes that Gentile believers now possess the covenant in such a way that Israel no longer matters. Paul says that attitude is not faith. It is arrogance.

Then Paul brings the argument to its covenant climax.

Romans 11:25 says, “Blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.”

The Greek phrase pōrōsis apo merous means “hardening in part.” This is critical. Paul does not say total blindness. He does not say permanent blindness. He does not say covenant rejection. He says partial hardening. The phrase “until the fullness of the Gentiles” means there is a divine timetable. Israel’s present condition is not the final word. God is still moving toward covenant fulfillment.

The Aramaic witness also speaks of a measure of blindness or dullness coming upon Israel until the fullness of the nations enters. Again, the idea is not replacement. The idea is sequence, mystery, timing, mercy, and restoration.

Romans 11:26 then says, “And so all Israel shall be saved.”

This verse must not be handled carelessly. Paul is not teaching salvation apart from Messiah. He is not saying Jewish identity alone saves. He is saying that God’s covenant dealings with Israel are not finished and that a future turning of Israel to Messiah belongs to the mystery of God’s redemptive plan.

The Greek word houtōs, translated “so,” means “in this manner” or “in this way.” Paul is explaining the divine pattern: partial hardening has come upon Israel, fullness is coming among the Gentiles, and then Israel’s restoration will unfold according to God’s covenant faithfulness.

Romans 11:27 says, “For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.”

The Greek word diathēkē means covenant. Paul grounds Israel’s future salvation not in human merit, but in divine covenant. God made promises. God swore by Himself. God does not lie. God does not revoke His covenant oath because of Gentile misunderstanding.

The Aramaic/Syriac Peshitta also holds the covenant language strongly. The taking away of sins is tied to God’s covenant action. Israel’s restoration is not sentimental nationalism. It is covenantal redemption through the mercy of God in Messiah.

Then Paul makes the statement that should end the replacement argument:

Romans 11:28–29 says, “As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers’ sakes. For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.”

The Greek word for “election” is eklogē, meaning divine choosing. Israel remains beloved because of the fathers. Which fathers? Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Paul does not say Israel used to be beloved. He says they are beloved. Present tense covenant affection remains upon them because of patriarchal promise.

The phrase “without repentance” comes from the Greek ametamelēta, meaning irrevocable, not to be regretted, not taken back. God does not regret His covenant gifts. God does not withdraw His calling. God does not erase Israel from His redemptive purpose.

The Aramaic witness carries the same meaning: the gifts and calling of God are not reversed. They are not subject to cancellation. God’s covenant faithfulness remains intact.

This means Replacement Theology collapses under the weight of Romans 11.

The Church is not “the new Israel” in a way that erases ethnic Israel. The Church is the one new man in Messiah, made up of believing Jews and believing Gentiles, reconciled through the cross, sharing in covenant blessing by grace. Gentiles are not outsiders anymore, but neither are they covenant thieves. We have been brought near by the blood of Messiah. We have been grafted in by mercy. We have become fellow heirs, not replacement heirs.

The land of Israel also cannot be casually dismissed as though the biblical covenants were merely metaphors with no earthly consequence. The Abrahamic covenant included seed, blessing, nations, and land. The prophets repeatedly tie Israel’s restoration to both spiritual renewal and covenantal return. While salvation is only through Messiah, and while the modern political state of Israel must still be judged by righteousness and truth like every nation, the biblical land promise cannot be erased by Gentile theology without doing violence to the text.

The issue is not blind political worship of a nation-state. The issue is the integrity of God’s covenant Word.

We do not worship Israel.
We worship the God of Israel.
We do not preach salvation through ethnicity.
We preach salvation through Jesus the Messiah.
We do not deny the Church’s glorious identity in Christ.
We deny the arrogant doctrine that says the Church replaced Israel and inherited her promises by erasing her future.

Paul’s warning must be heard again in this generation: “Do not boast against the branches.”

Replacement Theology is dangerous because it teaches the grafted-in branch to boast against the natural branch. It teaches the wild olive branch to act like it owns the root. It forgets that Jesus is Jewish according to the flesh, the apostles were Jewish, the prophets were Jewish, the covenants were given to Israel, the Scriptures came through Israel, and the Messiah came through Israel.

Romans 11 is not a side issue. It is a covenant courtroom. Paul brings the Gentile Church before the witness stand and asks: Will you stand in mercy, or will you boast in arrogance?

The true apostolic position is clear.

God has not cast away Israel.
Israel’s hardening is partial, not total.
Israel’s stumbling is temporary, not final.
Gentiles are grafted in, not installed as replacements.
The root supports us; we do not support the root.
Israel remains beloved for the fathers’ sake.
The gifts and calling of God are irrevocable.
The covenant-keeping God will finish what He started.

Therefore, the Remnant Ecclesia must reject the false replacement gospel and recover the fear of the Lord concerning Israel. We bless what God has blessed. We honor what God has covenanted. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem. We preach Messiah to Jew and Gentile alike. We stand against antisemitism, arrogance, and theological theft. And we proclaim with Paul that the mercy of God is wide enough to gather the nations without abandoning Israel.

The light of truth dismantles the lie.

God’s covenant with Israel has not been broken.
God’s Word has not failed.
God’s promises have not expired.
God’s election has not been revoked.
And the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob will be faithful to His covenant until the fullness of His redemptive plan is complete.

Stay tuned, the journey continues…..
